If content management is included, you receive guidance for the agreed editable areas. Accounts, source code, assets and maintenance are described in the proposal. Not every feature is necessarily editable through an admin interface.

No. NewEcom specifies work such as technical fixes, articles, page updates and reporting. Rankings, enquiries and revenue also depend on products, markets and how the business operates.
