Basic support package
- One store on Shopee or TikTok Shop.
- Review and update content for up to 20 products per month.
- Prepare task and content schedules from information you provide.
- Track issues and report completed work monthly.
- Discuss authorized account data without inventing sales results.
Indicative pricing
Indicative pricing from ₫4,000,000 per month. Tasks and product counts are confirmed in the proposal. Live chat, order handling, livestreams, video production and advertising are not automatically included.
Platform fees, promotions, advertising, delivery and paid tools are discussed separately. Sales are not guaranteed.
How we work together
You provide product details, prices, stock, trading terms and an approver. NewEcom proposes updates, carries out assigned tasks and reports results. Account access is limited to what the work requires.
Deliverables
A record of products updated, a content schedule, a work report and issues needing your decision. The service does not replace the store owner's responsibility for products and trading terms.
